- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.

- Bookstacks maintenance (shelving, shelf reading, and other book organizing tasks).

- Provide general techinal and reference assistance.

- Enforce library policies.

- Report on the condition of the bookstacks and library facility to the night supervisor.

- Answer in-person and telephone inquiries with promptness and accuracy.

- Troubleshooting multimedia equipment (printers, scanners, monitors, etc)

- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

- WORK-STUDY REQUIRED

- Ability to work graveyard hours (12am to 8am, 12am-4am, or 4am-8am).

- Work independently and/or as a team.

- Excellent attendance and punctuality.

- Good communication skills.

- Familiaririty with Library of Congress Classification (Training will be provided).

- Library experience preferred but not required.
