-Provides assistance to patrons while using printing services. Troubleshoots simple printer hardware and software maintenance, and reports malfunctions to supervisor.

-Provides basic research assistance, referring users to Reference Librarians or another facility when appropriate.

-Provides computing assistance with available software, referring users to Customer Support Center when appropriate.

-Performs hourly walk-throughs of building and immediately notifies full-time staff of any building problems (e.g. burnt-out light bulbs, food spills, etc.)

-Assists with facilitating on-line reservation requests for Collaborative Workrooms ensuring reservations are in order and that rooms are properly supplied.

-Assists with the maintenance of work area, such as picking up trash, rearranging furniture, and taking lost and found items to the Circulation Desk.

-Assists with the enforcement of rules and policies (food policies, noise policies, room reservation policies, etc.)
